At Mory, every product is crafted in small, intentional batches and undergoes detailed quality checks before leaving our studio. To ensure fairness, transparency, and protection of our design process, we follow a clear policy on cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. As our process moves swiftly from order to production and dispatch, we are unable to accommodate post-purchase changes or cancellations.

Returns are accepted only in the rare event that a product is damaged during transit.
